What is Donairo?
Donairo is a fundraising platform for creators, influencers, and impact-driven individuals who want to accept one-time donations from supporters.
How do I get paid?
You connect your Stripe account during onboarding. Donations flow through Stripe and are paid out directly to your bank account on a rolling basis.
Are donations tax-deductible?
By default, donations on Donairo support creators' mission, content, and work. They are not tax-deductible unless the creator is a registered charity, which Donairo does not verify.
Can supporters cover the fees?
Yes! If you enable the option, supporters can choose to cover the platform and processing fees so you receive 100% of the intended donation amount.
What currencies are supported?
Donairo supports 28 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, and more. Your currency is automatically set based on your Stripe Connect account's default currency.
