You connect your PayPal account during onboarding. Donations flow through PayPal and are paid out directly to your PayPal account on a rolling basis.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Donations on Donairo are voluntary personal gifts supporting a creator's mission or content. Donairo does not verify charitable status, issue tax receipts, or make any representation regarding tax deductibility. Consult a tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.
Can supporters cover the fees?
Yes! If you enable the option, supporters can choose to cover the platform and processing fees so you receive 100% of the intended donation amount.
What currencies are supported?
Donairo supports 19 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, and more. Your currency is automatically set based on your PayPal account's default currency.
